Designed from scratch and tailored to specific requests, its capabilities cover the entire mortgage-giving process of the company, surpassing all possible off-the-shelf solutions that could handle only 20% of needs. Robust well-thought design and sophisticated client flow ensure all the parties in the lending process - managers, clients, and lenders, benefit from the fastest and most convenient cooperation. The company has outperformed itself by saving hundreds of hours by switching away from emailing customers outside the system. Currently, the lender module is yet to be developed to upgrade the product and scale it even more.

Leviathan/Refinedcre helps clients to find the most advantageous quotes for loans on the USA market. Before turning to us, the company tried and used numerous out-of-the-box solutions for managing requests. The issue was they did not cover all the processes and steps, leaving the administrators with lots of manual work and offline communication.
Thus, our task was to create a second-to-none сusmotized CRM solution for automation, process simplification for the manager and client user roles. We aimed to make a secure, stable safe-functioning system that would endure the immense workload of multiple users.
