We are looking for a Python AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in building AI solutions for complex systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing recommendation algorithms, optimizing machine learning models, and handling large datasets.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Python development;
Strong knowledge of Python;
Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy;
AWS & Azure Machine Learning;
Experience in building recommendation systems and algorithms;
Experience with data processing, model training, and optimization;
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application;
Database experience (SQL, NoSQL);
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, optimize, and test AI models and algorithms
Implement algorithms to match the best technical specialists based on various criteria;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into the project;
Analyze and interpret large data sets to derive insights and develop predictive models;
Ensure the efficiency and scalability of AI solutions in production;
Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning and artificial intelligence trends and technologies.

Would be a plus:

Experience with distributed systems;
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
