Requirements:
Proficient Ukrainian and at least Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach.
Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and building contact databases.
Confident use of CRM systems and analytical tools; ability to extract and analyze relevant data, prepare reports and metrics, and assess campaign effectiveness.
Experience in developing lead generation strategies: conducting experiments, analyzing results, and implementing the most effective scenarios.
Experience in active sourcing and initiating first contact with direct clients.
Skills in writing copy and creating message sequences.
Active user of ChatGPT and other AI tools. Practical skills in prompt writing.
A structured, goal-oriented approach to work.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Director of B2B Growth on the development of corporate and SMB clients in the Ukrainian market.
Assist the director in various activities related to launching new business initiatives.
Prepare presentations.
Organize meetings with clients.
Would be a plus:
Understanding the role of AI in scaling productivity.
Experience with Facebook outreach.
Confident user of HubSpot CRM.
Knowledge and experience in process automation.
Understanding of business proposal structure and skills in preparing commercial offers.
