We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist/BDR, In this role you will find potential leads, and help to the groundwork for long‑term relationships. Requirements:

Over 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls.
At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English (in both written and oral).
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach.
Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation.
Proficient in CRM systems and statistical tools, with the ability to extract and analyze necessary data, preparation of different reports and metrics collection and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
Experience in strategy creation, conducting various experiments, analyzing results, and implementing best scenarios.
Experience both in actively seeking direct clients and in organizing successful roadshows.
The preparation and composition of texts, as well as the creation of sequences.
Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.
