Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS and digital marketing
Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and improving funnel performance
Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and how paid and organic search strategies complement each other
Proficiency in managing campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills and confidence using tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or equivalents
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
Performance-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in close collaboration with the product owner
Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing funnels (organic and paid) to drive user acquisition and improve conversion rates
Continuously test and optimize landing pages and in-product flows to enhance user activation, engagement, and retention
Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and user journey flows to support business goals
Define, track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates

Would be a plus:

Experience with ASA (Apple Search Ads).
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar programs.
