The CBDO will be responsible for driving direct sales efforts and managing the sales team to achieve ambitious growth goals. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a combination of personal sales, team mentorship, and strategic oversight.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage and close cold outreach leads, demonstrating a thorough understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and development opportunities to improve their performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts, including account-based marketing (ABM) and outreach campaigns.
Optimize and refine the sales pipeline, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and delivery teams.
Drive cold lead conversion through structured outreach strategies, and develop client relationships through roadshows and in-person meetings.
Provide strategic insights and review current sales processes, offering recommendations for improvement.
Optimize sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in international business trips and roadshows, conducting in-person meetings with key stakeholders to secure business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in closing contracts.
Experience in both inbound and outbound sales, including cold lead outreach.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a dynamic team and coach junior sales managers.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and align strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (B2 and higher)
